Welcome to my scheduling page!
Here are a few general things to know about working with me:
- My expertise is my four years formally studying the gut microbiome as part of my PhD in Nutritional Sciences and several years of intensive independent study of the scientific literature. I also have a pretty solid understanding of functional/integrative medicine from my own health journey, from working with Chris Kresser, and from my experience working with clients for the past two years.
- I am NOT a licensed medical doctor, and I am NOT meant to replace your family physician. During your consult, we will discuss the evidence for certain interventions and I will give you suggestions to help you resolve your health issues and achieve your health goals.
- I am very good at analyzing your health data and providing you with useful information and direction. I am not as good at providing motivation, support, or accountability. Due to high volume, I cannot provide email support between appointments.
- My consultations are best suited to those who already have the major health behaviors in place. This means that you are already eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, prioritizing sleep, and managing stress. If you don’t have these lifestyle factors in place, I highly recommend working with a health coach prior to consulting with me.
How to book a consult:
Currently, I am only able to offer single appointments. My hope is that this will allow for easier scheduling, less administrative time on my part, and more people able to get the direction that they need to improve their gut health!

Step 3: Send me relevant test results (optional)
Please send me up to but no more than three test results that you want me to review during your appointment in a single email to [email protected]
Step 4: Show up to your appointment
You’re all set! I’ll either meet you at the zoom link provided or call you at your allotted time.
